ok, the plugin bitrate is, as far a i know, not in the oatv standard image included. It seems to bee a bug in the plugin. So I believe, you have to ask the programmer of the plugin to fix this.

No, not a plugin failure. Bug in the drivers. Drivers are in work, and revision gb7252s-20211026-r0 are very good. I have them running in my Quad 4K / UE 4K. They are not public yet, because of bugs in spanish PayTV reported.
Hopefully they will come soon. Ask Impex for a release date.
