It looks like there is an error with UTF8. Inside the text I see Cyrillic characters (maybe Russian?) Try the installation in English and see if the error persists.
When installing in English, there are no errors. The error appears when using UTF8 (languages using Cyrillic). It can be fixed? The problem is that after the installation, if you need to change the network settings - we get a crash.
